Edge Grain
The classic butcher block look. Strips of wood are glued together with the long face showing, creating a smooth, durable surface. Great for everyday use, easy to maintain, and built to last a lifetime.
End Grain
The show-stopping checkerboard look. The wood is crosscut so the end of each piece faces up, revealing a beautiful mosaic of grain patterns. More labor-intensive to build — and worth every hour.
